Hi. I’m Nick, Jacob’s dad. Jacob was born on November 16th, 2007 with Down Syndrome. I’ve started this journal to preserve as many memories of these early days as possible.
I also hope that it will become useful over time as a resource point with handy links and information for those with an interest in Down Syndrome, particularly in Ireland.
